Trinity Brighton welcomes its 20th Minister
On Saturday February 4th, Rev Kevin Kim was inducted into the Trinity Brighton Congregation.
This warm afternoon service was presided over by Rev Fee Morison who is Deputy Chairperson of the Presbytery of Port Phillip East
The Preaching of the Word – “A High Calling” was delivered by Rev Mark Dunn followed by a beautiful rendition of My Jesus, as Thou Wilt from Rev Kevin Kim. This hymn is of special significance to Rev. Kim as it is his mother’s favourite hymn
Also present were members of Port Phillip East Presbytery, the Mayor of Bayside, Cr. Alex del Porto, James Newbury, candidate elect for the seat of Brighton in the next election and Ministers and representatives of the Covenant Churches of Brighton
After eighteen months of enriching supply ministry from the Rev’s James Donaldson, John Connan and Bruce Munro it is with great joy and thankfulness that we welcome Rev Kevin Kim and his lovely wife Kay and children Wesley and Evangeline.
Rev Kevin Kim is looking forward to a long and successful ministry at Trinity Brighton
